8. Cancellation of transaction / exchange / sale and/or failure of return

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the items have not been used and are found to be in good condition by the company. You can exchange the items in one of two ways: if you want to exchange the item at the company's offices or with a courier to the customer's home, you can contact customer service at the number: +972 50369-4604 in order to coordinate an exchange with us. If you don't want to exchange at the company offices or with a courier *there is an option to send us the product by registered mail.

Exchange with home delivery at a cost of $18 - the customer will send the product to the company after the item(s) have arrived back at the company's offices and have undergone an inspection that the package has been returned in accordance with the regulations.

Exchange with registered mail - the customer will deliver the package to the post office and send it to the company's offices.

In case a customer received a credit from the company, the credit will be valid for six months

The person making the purchase may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 2010

A refund will be given in the following cases:

8.31 Valid when the value of the goods and/or service exceeds $15.

8.32    In jewelry - the time period for canceling a transaction is from the date of purchase to 14 business days that are not rest days, provided that the product is not used, in the case of an item bought on sale the time period for cancellation will be 7 business days.

8.33  It is not possible to cancel a transaction for the purchase of goods, goods that were produced especially for the buyer following the transaction and goods that can be recorded, reproduced or duplicated, that the buyer has opened their original packaging. It is not possible to cancel the order of products that were specially ordered or manufactured according to the customer's requirements, such as sizes, special colors and products that do not appear on the website.

8.34  A refund will be given by deducting 5% (cancellation fee) of the value of the goods and/or service or NIS 100, whichever is lower, according to the cancellation fee order according to the regulations.
In addition - shipping fees are not included in the refund. The customer must pay for the deliveries made in the order. For example: an item purchased at a cost of NIS 698 including shipping - the shipping cost will not be refunded and the customer will receive a refund of NIS 660 with a 5% offset (cancellation fee) so that he will actually receive: NIS 627

If the customer received free shipping for the order, the customer will be charged a 5% cancellation fee plus NIS 38 shipping.
If the customer wishes to send the product in his own delivery service, he will be allowed.

8.35   A refund will be made no later than 14 business days in the same way as the transaction was made.

8.36  When the means of payment for the transaction is shopping vouchers / gift vouchers or a loaded magnetic card, the right of cancellation will not apply to the transaction.

8.37 The right of cancellation will not apply in cases where the warranty on the product has expired.

8.38 A consumer who wishes to cancel a transaction must present the merchant with an invoice and/or a cash register tape and/or a bill of exchange, testifying to the actual execution of the transaction with the merchant.

8.40 The company may prevent you from participating in sales on the website temporarily or permanently and this at its sole discretion and without giving notice of this in advance.

The right of cancellation as stated in the regulations will not apply in the following cases:

Jewelry made especially for the consumer according to measurements or special requests (including, jewelry engraved at the consumer's request as well as jewelry design)

A piece of jewelry whose price is higher than $750

The consumer may request to cancel the transaction by the end of two days, which are not days of rest, after the day of purchase in case the customer has not yet received the product.

Without deviating from the above, the company, by virtue of its position as the site administrator, may prevent you from participating in any of the sales and submitting requests for offers in any of the following cases:

8.41.1 If you intentionally provided incorrect information

8.42.2 If you have committed an act or omission that harms or may harm the company or any third parties, including the company's customers and the companies that offer the company's services.

8.43.3  If you used the company's services to commit an illegal act or to enable, facilitate, assist or encourage the commission of such an act.

8.44.4  If you have violated the terms of this agreement or any other agreement with the company or anyone on its behalf.

8.45.5  If you have previously, illegally, avoided paying for products you purchased through the company.

Know: Returning products after their condition has changed for the worse while they were in the customer's possession, including in the case of returning a product that has been damaged and/or damaged and/or has broken down and/or has suffered any damage and/or its packaging has been damaged and/or it has been used in the customer's home that changes its condition for the worse, Subject to the company's right to claim damages for this.

In order to avoid damage to the product, we recommend that the product be returned in its original packaging, intact and/or without injury and/or damage and/or defect and/or spoilage of any kind and type.
Subject to the above in this section, the company will honor a cancellation order for a product that has not yet been manufactured.

The company will be entitled to cancel a transaction and/or sale in whole or in part: in the event of an unusual and obvious error, either in the price of the product or in the description of the product.

Notice of the cancellation of the sale will be given to the customer by phone and/or in writing, to the address the customer specified when registering for the sale.
